-We’ll create your custom marketing plan curated for your home. This plan is really what makes us stand out. We can’t wait to share more!
-We’ll host professionally planned and executed open houses to draw in more potential buyers.
-We’ll have regular communication about the position of the home in the market, and different things we can do throughout to make it stand out.
-Assist in negotiating incoming offers.
-Coordinate and execute the steps following an accepted offer (i.e. inspections, appraisal, repairs, etc).
-Partner with title company to ensure they have proper documentation.
-Closing Day!
