Celebrating Homeiversaries: The Ballard Family Story

Homeiversary celebrations are one of my favorite milestones to celebrate with clients, and today, I’m excited to share the story of the Ballard family!

Casie and I go WAY back—so far back that she’s basically my sister. And by "basically," I mean we’re only missing the blood! Our friendship has spanned many life moments, including getting the honor to stand by her side on her wedding day to Kaleb almost five years ago. 

It’s only fitting that now we celebrate another big milestone—her Homeiversary! Casie is one of the best mommas I know, with three under three! It’s so special to see them thriving in the home we found together.

A few years back, we navigated a whirlwind real estate market to find the perfect home for Casie, Kaleb, and their growing family. I remember we looked at several homes, and one in particular came on the market in a flash. We had to act fast! In less than an hour, we scheduled a showing and put in an offer, crossing our fingers the whole way.  And guess what? They got the home!

Since then, they’ve done some amazing renovations that have made their home even more beautiful. I couldn’t be more grateful that I got to be a part of their journey. Casie and Kaleb are not only incredible clients—they’re part of my extended family, and I’m thankful every day for the chance to work with them.

Homeiversaries are such a wonderful reminder of the memories, growth, and transformations that take place in the years after closing day. It’s about more than just buying a house—it’s about creating a home and making it truly your own.
